Our way of selling. We do not make bags to order or hold stock. We make a small number of pieces, open a waitlist for a drop, and assign the pieces by random draw among everyone who registered. Drop 01 is two pieces.

No. Registration is free and non-binding. You give us your name, contact details and your preference, and that is all. Payment is requested only if you are drawn and accept the invitation.

No. Pieces are assigned by random draw among all registrations received before closure. The order of registration is irrelevant, and the draw is final. One registration per person; duplicates are removed.

You receive a personal invitation by phone and by email. Please keep both reachable around the draw date shown on the site. The invitation confirms the price shown on the site, the payment options and the deadline.

48 hours from the moment the invitation is sent. If you decline, or if we cannot reach you in that time, the piece passes to the next drawn name. We do not hold a piece beyond the deadline.

Your registration stays active and is carried to the next drop with priority: that draw is held first among carried-forward registrations. You do not need to register again. You can ask us to remove it at any time by writing to atelier@dalea.ge.

Register in your own name and mention in the message field that the piece is intended as a gift. If you are drawn, we can deliver to you or to the recipient and include a card. One registration per person still applies.

30 cm wide, 22 cm high, 13 cm deep, with a handle drop of 11 cm. It weighs approximately 950 g empty. A 13-inch laptop fits flat inside, with room for a notebook and the everyday things.

Full-grain European calfskin, in four colours: Midnight Blue, Bordeaux, Coffee and Black. The lining is bordeaux suede, the hardware solid brushed brass: the magnetic closure, four feet and the zip of the inside pocket. Every bag is cut by hand, saddle-stitched by hand and finished with hand-painted edges. Until the studio photographs are taken, the Bordeaux, Coffee and Black pieces are shown as colour previews of the Midnight Blue bag.

A zip pocket, two open slip pockets and a magnetic closure at the top. Four brass feet protect the base. The serial number is embossed inside, under the tag, and matches your certificate.

No two are. Each is made by hand from natural hide, so grain, shade and the line of a painted edge vary slightly. The photographs on the site show one piece; yours will be its sibling, not its twin.

Yes. After you accept an invitation, we can emboss your initials discreetly under the interior tag at no charge. Note that a personalised piece cannot be returned under the 14-day withdrawal right.

The Clochette comes in one size and four colours: Midnight Blue, Bordeaux, Coffee and Black. Choose your preferred colour when you request access; if a piece in that colour is allocated to you, the invitation confirms it. New colours are announced to the list first.

After you confirm an invitation: bank transfer in lari, card through a secure link, or cash when we hand-deliver in Tbilisi. We never take card details by phone or message.

When we confirm receipt of your payment by email. Until then the piece is reserved for you up to the deadline in your invitation, and no contract of sale exists.

In Tbilisi, by hand, by one of us, at a time you choose, free of charge. Elsewhere in Georgia, by insured courier in 1 to 3 business days, free. Internationally, by DHL Express in 3 to 7 business days at cost; duties are paid by the recipient.

Yes, within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving a reason. Return the piece within 7 days of telling us, with tag, certificate, dust bag and box; you may examine it as you would in a shop. We collect within Georgia at our cost. The refund goes to your original payment method within 14 days of your notice. Personalised pieces are excluded.

Yes, anywhere DHL Express serves. Shipping is charged at cost and stated before you pay. Import duties and taxes in your country are your responsibility and are not included in the price.

Always. Each piece comes in a cotton dust bag inside a rigid black box with its numbered certificate. Tell us at confirmation if you would like a handwritten card included.

Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Blot spills immediately; never rub. No household cleaners, wipes or sprays. Brush the suede lining gently. For anything more, write to us or wait for your annual care appointment.

Light rain is fine. Blot and let it dry at room temperature, away from heat. Do not immerse it or leave it soaked; water immersion is not covered by the guarantee.

Stuffed lightly with tissue, in its dust bag, upright, away from direct light. Never in plastic. Do not overfill it in use, and do not hang it by the handles for long periods.

Manufacturing defects for life: stitching, hardware attachment, edge finishing and lining seams. Any repair at all is free for the first two years. After that, repairs are at cost with a written estimate first. One complimentary care appointment every year, for life.

Email atelier@dalea.ge with your certificate number, a description and photographs. We reply within two working days and arrange collection anywhere in Georgia. Repairs by anyone else void the guarantee, so please come to us first.
